If you are checking a charge
A charge or an invoice showing KISTLABS — or
POLAR — is a purchase of practice exam papers from
Architect Cert Prep. It is $39 for a single licence or
$149 for a team of up to five, charged once, never a
subscription. Invoice numbers begin KISTLABS-.
Polar is the merchant of record for the sale, so receipts, invoices, downloads and refunds are all in their customer portal. Sign in with the email address the purchase was made with and it sends a one-time code — there is no password and no account to create.

What KistLabs makes
Architect Cert Prep
Ten independent practice papers for the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner exam (OGEA-102). Eight scenario questions each, scored 5, 3, 1 or 0 the way the real exam scores, with a written explanation for every option — including why the second-best answer is second best.
That is the only product so far. Paper 1 is free to sit, with no email address and no account, if you want to see what the material is like.
The company
KistLabs is a sole proprietorship in Switzerland. One person writes the material, which is why support is an email address rather than a helpdesk, and why the reply comes from the person who wrote the paper you are asking about.
Sales are handled by Polar as merchant of record. They take the payment, charge the right VAT or sales tax for the buyer's country, and issue the invoice, which is usually what a finance department is asking for.
